HOW DO I ADD MY BUSINESS (ONLINE STORE)?
We are glad you want to sell your products online. With White Pages, business owners and suppliers can create their online stores by following 3 simple steps (CREATE ACCOUNT + ADD BUSINESS DETAILS + ADD YOUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES FOR SALE) and you are ready to go.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Go to the right top on the website select CREATE AN ACCOUNT, and then fill in your NAME, EMAIL AND TELEPHONE, check your email for a CONFIRMATION MESSAGE and PASSWORD SET UP.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE?
You will be prompted with a message on your phone after placing your order and you can pay using either MTN or AIRTEL. At checkout choose where you’d like it to be delivered, and review your order details before you pay.
CAN I CANCEL / TRACK MY ORDERS?
- You can cancel an order by contacting the supplier before the delivery process is initiated.
- If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you've changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask the seller if they'll accept a return.
- When you buy an item, you will receive an order confirmation email, with the subject line “Order Received”. You'll need this email to view your order details, track your order, or contact the seller (Suppliers Name).
ARE PRODUCTS LISTED FOR SALE OWNED BY WHITE PAGES UGANDA?
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, White Pages Uganda is not the manufacturer, the supplier or an agent for the products sold on this website. White Pages Uganda allows third party sellers to list and operate stores or sell their products at whitepagesuganda.com. In each such case this is indicated on the respective product detail page.
CAN I PURCHASE A PRODUCT WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can purchase, receive a product without white pages account. However, you will not be able to track your product online during delivery and you will also miss out on our other benefits such as discounts etc.
